URGENT! 100 Technical Support Specialists (Hands-on)
(National Capital Reg - Makati, Ortigas, QC)
- To work with the Desk Side Support Group of the Help Desk Team.
- Performing technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and setup of hardware.
- Provide second-level problem determination on problems reported by end-users.
- Assist end-users in resolving the problem by guiding end-users on possible solutions.
- Updates, tracks, and closes problems under his/her tower.
- Researching trends and patterns in the problems users ask about.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with good scholastic records
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- With at least 6 months - 1 year hands-on technical support experience from an IT Service industry (preferable).
- Ability to impart technical knowledge to end-user.
- Possess excellent customer relations and negotiation skills.
- Willing to render occasional overtime work/work on weekends.
- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Contract (renewable) positions available.
- Must be willing to start ASAP
